As you know, the PS Support Pack equips you with a professional, customized website with additional tools, features and resources to help promote your PS Affiliate venture and improve efficiency.  So getting started with it is a little more involved than any of our other support and marketing materials.   But, like everything else, we’ve made it easy by creating a step-by-step checklist to get through the customization, activation, and purchase process.

Simply follow the steps below, by the numbers!  Do each step in sequence, not skipping any of them.  And before you know it, you’ll be empowered as a PS Support Pack owner!

Step 1: Download and Complete your Website Hosting Agreement Form:

 

1.a.  Click on the PSG Support Pack Billing Agreement form (PSG-100 Form).  It will open in a new tab in your browser.

1.b.  Download and/or print the form.

1.c.  Fill out the top portion of the form with your information.

1.d.  Read and understand the Terms of Service for Billing, Custom Materials, and Hosting section.

1.e.  Select your hosting billing option for recurring billing.   You can be billed annually for $240 (the $20 per month rate), or you can elect monthly billing at $22.50 per month.  ($20 per month plus a nominal fee for the increased admin on our end to accommodate incremental billing).

1.f.  Enter the card number you want to use for your billing.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

1.g.  Sign the PSG-100 Form.

1.h.  Set the form aside and move on to Step 2.

 

 


 

Step 2: Download and Complete your PS Custom Website Configuration Form:

2.a.  Click on the PS Custom Website Configuration Form (PSG-75 Form).  It will open in a new tab in your browser.

2.b.  Download and/or print the form.

2.c.  Fill out the top portion of the form for your Website Owner Profile.

2.d.  Make your Website Appearance selection of the three choices shown by placing a check mark (tick mark) in the box at the top left corner of your preferred layout.  (To see larger Home Page samples,  click here and the three choices will appear in a new browser tab.)

2.e.  Complete the Website Descriptive Content with a statement or two as described.

2.f.  Complete the Technical Specifications portion of the form by placing marks in the boxes to indicate your use of the website, domain name preference, and co-branding preference.

2.g.  Set the form aside and move on to Step 3.

 

 

 


Step 3: Send us Your Completed Forms:

3.a.  Gather your completed forms together from Steps 1 and 2 above.

3.b.  Scan them as an image file or take a picture of them with your smartphone, tablet, or digital camera.  Acceptable file types are .PDF, .PNG. and .JPG files.  Maximum file size is 5MB per file.

3.c.  Complete the online form to attach and submit your PSG-100 Form and PSG-75 Form.  Optionally, attach a logo file if you intend to co-brand the website.

For PS Affiliates who purchase a PS Support Pack, this form obtains their permission for website hosting billing.
